This page is being updated. Soon there will be examples that show the range of my instructional design projects, including:

A.  eLearning graduate course developed for the eLearning certificate program, Human Resource Education Department, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

B.  Blended undergraduate course for the teacher education program at York College, Jamaica, NY: Teaching with Multimedia

AC230_1  Course materials were available to students on the school’s Blackboard site and a wordpress site. The course design interwove elements of behaviorist, constructivist / project-based learning. [design details]

C.  Educational 3D Massively Multiplayer Online Game (MMOG)
Lead game and content designer,

The game was a discovery learning adventure that taught high school chemistry. Players moved through levels of an art deco inspired cruise ship by interacting with non-player characters and solving chemistry puzzles. Pdf link to Design document (coming soon)

C.  Informal, interactive science learning for adults (planetarium dome show to help audiences understand and interpret scientific visualizations)

The goal of this project was to create a new science learning experience for planetarium domes that transforms what is currently a passive viewing experience by creating a live, collaborative, dynamic, and interactive show around scientific visualizations of computational data. The show and learning focused on astronomical phenomena (such as colliding galaxies). [Design details]
